Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for your interest in Prop Money & Fake Docs. We are committed to getting your order to you securely and discreetly. Please review our shipping policy details below.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment verification is completed. During high-volume periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Destinations
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all packages are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure privacy and security.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they are subject to carrier delays and customs processing (for international orders).

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your items, and your delivery address.

4. International Shipping
International orders may be subject to: Customs fees, import duties, and taxes.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.

6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at the time of order placement. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping will be at the customer's expense.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Prop Money & Fake Docs is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. Please contact your local post office or the shipping carrier directly if you believe your package is lost.


Pickup Policy

In-Store / Warehouse Pickup

For customers who prefer to collect their orders in person, we offer a convenient pickup option.

  • Availability: In-store pickup is available at our secure warehouse location. The address will be provided upon order readiness.

  • Pickup Process:

    1. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. Please do not come to the location until you have received this "Ready for Pickup" email.

    2. You must bring a your order confirmation email (digital or printed) to collect your order.

    3. Orders must be picked up by the person who placed the order, or an authorized representative with written permission and the required documentation.

  • Unclaimed Orders: Orders not picked up within 14 business days of the "Ready for Pickup" notification will be considered abandoned and are subject to a restocking fee. A refund will be issued, minus the fee.
